Facturaz supports modelos 130 (IRPF), 303 (IVA), 349 (intra-EU operations), 111 (withholding tax), and 115 (rent).

Amortizable expenses are costs that can't be fully deducted immediately because they provide value over several years. For example, an office chair or a computer is used for more than one year, so its cost must be spread out over time. Facturaz automatically applies the correct amortization rules for you.

Deductible expenses are the business costs you can subtract from your income before tax. These reduce your taxable base, so you only pay IRPF on your actual profit. Examples include: office rent or coworking space, utilities, phone and internet (proportionally), professional software or subscriptions, travel or vehicle expenses for work, and webhosting and email.

Everyone has a personal allowance that is not taxed. Age <65: €5500 per year. Age 65-74: €6700 per year. Age 75 or older: €8100 per year. This allowance reduces your taxable income before applying the tax bands. Additional allowances exist for children, dependents or disability.

Expenses

Absolutely! Add your logo and pick your favorite theme color to make your invoices match your brand and look more polished.

If your customer is in the EU with a valid VAT number, you don't add IVA. Without a VAT number, you do. Customers outside the EU are usually exempt. Facturaz checks the VAT number and applies the right rule automatically.

In Spain, an invoice must include: name/company, NIF/NIE, address, invoice number, date, description, prices, taxes (IVA/IRPF) and total. For invoices over €400, also the customer's VAT/NIE/NIF/passport.

IRPF is Spain's personal income tax. When autónomos invoice other Spanish businesses or professionals, they often need to withhold 7% or 15% from the invoice. The client then pays that amount directly to AEAT.

IVA is Spain's VAT. Standard rate 21%, some 10% or 4%. You collect IVA and settle with AEAT quarterly. Facturaz ensures the correct rate and prepares reports.

From 2027, all invoices must be sent in the Verifactu format (AEAT system). Facturaz already complies, so your invoices are 100% Verifactu-ready.

Digital Certificate

A digital certificate is a secure electronic file issued by an official authority. It serves as your official digital version of a DNI or NIE, allowing you to prove your identity online.

You can request an official digital certificate directly through our platform for just €84 + IVA.

The digital certificate is valid for 2 years and can be renewed online before it expires.

Your obligations depend on your activity and income, but most autónomos must file IVA and income tax (IRPF) returns every quarter. With Facturaz, these filings are prepared automatically, so you don't have to worry about deadlines.

If you decide to stop your activity, you must officially de-register with both Agencia Tributaria and Social Security. Facturaz can guide you through the deregistration process so you avoid extra charges or future tax obligations.

The Tarifa Plana is a reduced Social Security contribution for new autónomos in Spain. Instead of paying the full contribution, you pay a lower fixed amount during the first year of registration. First 12 months: €80 per month. You can extend the discounted rate for another 12 months if your declared net income stays at or below the minimum wage. After that: the cuota increases depending on your declared income.

As an autónomo, you pay Social Security contributions each month. The amount is automatically charged to your Spanish bank account by TGSS on the last working day of the month.
