Clients are contacts you send invoices to. Suppliers are contacts you record expenses from. You can filter your contact list by type to quickly find who you need.
You can store company name (or individual name), email, phone, tax ID (NIF/CIF/VAT), full address including province and country and notes. All fields are optional except the name.
Use the search bar at the top of the contacts page. You can search by name, email, or tax ID. You can also filter to show only clients or only suppliers.
Yes, click on any contact in the list to open their details. Click Edit to update any information, then Save to confirm your changes.
