Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about reports in Facturaz.
Reports are calculated automatically from your invoices and expenses. Revenue comes from issued invoices, expenses from recorded receipts and taxes are calculated based on Spanish tax rules.
You can view reports by month, quarter, or year. Each view automatically shows how you compare to the previous period with percentage changes.
Tax calculations follow official Spanish tax rules. IVA is calculated from your invoice and expense line items. IRPF uses the 20% quarterly rate for autónomos, with client withholdings automatically deducted.
Regular expenses are fully deductible in the period they occur. Amortizable expenses (like equipment) are spread over multiple years following Spanish depreciation rules.
